    Hello! My name is Bob Crawford and I am the General Manager here at Smoky Mountain Chevrolet.  As General Manager and part owner of the dealership I have been with Smoky Mountain Chevrolet a total of 17 years.  My knowledge of the automobile industry goes back much further, as I had 36 years prior experience working as a mechanic, service manager, parts manager, and sales associate.  I am originally from Sylva, NC but spend most of my time here in Franklin.  I am married to Angie Crawford and I have one son Caleb, and three step-children. I love being outdoors and I enjoy being outside, riding horses, or woodworking.   I love the mountains in which we all live.  I am grateful for this area and all it has done for us, and I always do my best to give back to this community.  Please take a few minutes to get to know each one of us by clicking on our photo's and learning more about us.  It's always nice to be able to put a face with whom you are dealing.  We appreciate you visiting our website and at Smoky Mountain Chevrolet we want every one of you to feel like part of our automotive family!

    I am the Sales Manager and have been employed at Smoky Mountain Chevrolet for the last four years.  My family has been in the car business my whole life, so I would say I've been employed in the automotive industry about 35 years.  I am a lifelong resident of Franklin, NC, why live anywhere else when you live in the most beautiful place on earth?  My wife, Tammy, of twenty three years and I have three children, one cat, one dachshund, and one Pomeranian.  Things stay very busy at our house.  In my free time I ride and collect Ducati motorcycles.  I love the car business and everything about it.  I work hard to make your buying experience fun and trouble free.  We have a great staff here and I hope you have the best possible experience with us here at Smoky Mountain Chevrolet.

    I started working at Smoky Mountain Chevrolet in October of 2009.  I learn more and more about the car business every day.  In dealing with the internet, I get to meet amazing people from all over the United States and sometimes even outside the U.S!  That's my favorite part about this job is getting to meet all the awesome people.   

    I was born and raised right here in this fabulous town of Franklin, NC.  I am a 2005 graduate of Franklin High School, a 2007 graduate of Southwestern Community College, and a 2009 Graduate of Western Carolina University; graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in law.  I am married to Adam Tallent, and we are expecting a beautiful baby boy in the spring.  I try to involve myself in the community as much as possible.  I love this area and all of the people in it!

    I have been a part of Smoky Mountain Chevrolet since April 1999.  I have been in the finance aspect of the automobile industry for 19 years.  I was born in Jamestown, NY and lived in Erie, PA.  I graduated from Toccoa Falls College.  I have lived in Franklin the past 12 years.  I have a six year old son and am an active member of the macon county community.  I acted as President of Youth League football for 10 years and have coached Macon Middle School football the last three years.  I love my son, football, and coaching!

    I have been employed at Smoky Mountain Chevrolet for the last 11 years.  I have received several Mark of Excellence awards for my overall sales experience.  Sales "extraordinaire", is not the only hat I wear here.  I also act as a Finance assistant and I am responsible for ordering all of the new vehicles you see on the lot.  I live in Hayesville, NC and have been there for the past 33 years.  I am married to my beautiful wife Sara and we have two daughters, Bailey and Taylor.  When I have spare time I love to spend it with my family, or playing golf.  I am also a huge Georgia Bulldogs and Miami Dolphins fan!

    My name is Clint Oocumma and I reside in Cherokee, NC; a little place in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains.  I have worked at Smoky Mountain Chevrolet since October 2011 as a Sales Consultant.  I am married to a very wonderful lady, Cassandra, and we have three beautiful children.  In my spare time I enjoy watching NASCAR racing (go Dale Jr.)!  I enjoy attending a NASCAR race, going to church, playing gospel music, and playing golf (when I get a chance).  I also enjoy spending as much time with my family as possible.  I am currently attending University of Phoenix achieving my Bachelor's degree in Business Management.

    I have been a part of Smoky Mountain Chevrolet for the last five years.  I have received The Mark of Excellence award for my sales experience and customer service here at Smoky Mountain Chevrolet.  I live in Waynesville, NC, and am married to Gloria Hampton.  I have two children: Kelly, an attorney in Jacksonville, FL and my daughter Amber is a Vet. Tech in Palm Harbor, FL.  I retired after 35 years as a Phillips 66 distributor for western North Carolina.  I have been a member of Mountaineer little league for 26 years and I am an avid high school sports fan.

    I am originally from Miami Florida.  I came to western north Carolina nine years ago with my wife Brenda.  I was raised in the automotive business as my family owned dealerships when I was growing up.  I started selling cars at the age of 16.  I've always enjoyed working with and meeting new people.  I have been with Smoky Mountain Chevrolet for four years and have forty four years experience in the car business.  A second love of mine is technology.  I studied electronics and technological sciences in school, so anything in that field interests me too.

    I have been in the automotive business for thirty five years; and have been with Smoky Mountain Chevrolet for fourteen years.  I am married to Amy Ensley Ward and have been for the last twenty nine years.  We have two children; Emily, a student as SCC and employed at Health Works of Franklin and Blake, a freshman at Smoky Mountain High School.  I live in Whittier, NC and have my whole entire life.  I love to go watch my son play sports.  I also have a passion for restoring cars, but I am best at being strong for my family.  I enjoy working and being there for my customer's for all of their needs.

    That sweet southern voice answering the phone is Mrs. Grace Freeman.  Her southern charm warms your heart the minute you dial the number here at the dealership.  She answers all of the incoming calls and directs them to the appropriate department.  Be sure to chat her up when you call in and you will see immediately why we all love her so much!

    I started in October of 1982 at Conley Motor Company and was employed there until sold to Jacky Jones and Bill Holt in 1992.  I continued to work for Bill Holt until the dealership was sold and Bob Crawford offered me a job here at Smoky Mountain Chevrolet.  Needless to say I accepted and have been here every since.  I have, as a younger man, enjoyed racing motorcycles and jet skis.  I have been married and blessed with an amazing wife for almost 15 years.  We have three beautiful children; Chloe age 13, Jeffrey age 10, and Brenna who is 3.  Over the past 29 years in the parts business I have made a lot of great friends.  I enjoy fixing things and helping people.  I most of all enjoy being a husband and a dad.  The children seem to keep us busy with all their activities, so for now running the kids all over the place seems to be my only hobby.

    I am the Service Manager here at Smoky Mountain Chevrolet.  I have worked as a technician for twenty years and have been the Service Manager here for eight years.  I have worked on and around cars my whole life, taking auto mechanics in high school and I have also had technical school automotive training as well, I have been on the job training ever since.  The training in the automotive industry never ends and I have been learning continuously about vehicles for the last twenty eight years.  The gaining of knowledge yields ability, and experience yields wisdom.  It would take a mighty big book to fill all I don't know, so I dig to learn all I can. 

    I am married and have been for the last eighteen years.  I have one daughter, sixteen years old, and she will be getting her license in two weeks.  I have purchased a cobalt for her and I am the one scared!  I would rather fish as to eat!  It really doesn't matter what type of fish, bass, crappie, brim; but being a Tennessee boy, I'm not much on trout.  I also love to hunt as long as it doesn't get in the way of fishing.  I am a licensed Baptist minister as of the last twelve years.  I teach and preach wherever my Lord allows, mainly at Shiloh Baptist in Hayesville, NC.  When work is over I put on another hat for my family which is all any man could ever ask for.  Trying to be the best husband and father I can be and they come second in my life next to my Lord.

    I have been with Smoky Mountain Chevrolet since November 11, 1998.  I have been involved in the automotive business overall for twenty two years. 

    I was born and raised in Franklin, NC.  I am married to Sam Fiske.  We have four children.  Christina is married to Chris Brewer and lives in Raleigh,NC.  Tony is married to Jenn, and they live in Taylorsville, KY.  They have two children, Eliah and Joel.  My daughter Liz lives here and Franklin and so does my son Cadon; Cadon is engaged to Erika.  I enjoy spending time with my family and if you have a minute to spare I'll tell you about my precious grandbabies!  I am active in my church and love to sing about Jesus.  I also love to go camping, paint, read, and travel.
