Welcome to Smoky Mountain Chevrolet's Service Department! Our Service department is staffed with the most qualified technicians ready to answer your questions and address your service needs. We are committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner, to get you back on the road as soon as possible.  From the simplest oil change to the most advanced vehicle procedures, we have both new  and pre-owned  car buyer's covered!

For First Time Service Customers!

When coming in for Service, customers need to park in the first row closest to the building or in the service drive.


Then just come in the parts and service doors to the counter on the right to see our service writers.  This is where you will be greeted by our Smoky Mountain Chevrolet Service Writer's Eddie Crawford and Angie Crawford.  Your requests will be written up and you may wait in our service lounge.  You may also drop your vehicle off and Angie or Eddie will contact you as soon as your vehicle is ready.


If you would like to wait for your vehicle, we have plenty of coffee and comfortable seating with a 50 inch wide screen television for our customer's convenience.


Please be sure to schedule an appointment.  Most days we are full for major repairs but we can get most oil and filter changes done within 30 to 40 minutes.  We perform a FREE 24-point inspection on every vehicle that comes into our service department.  We do this to provide you with the safest and most up to date information so we can locate any concerns before they become major problems, that could ultimately leave someone on the side of the road.  At Smoky Mountain Chevrolet we want to keep our customers informed and keep their vehicles performing properly for miles and miles to come!




Just a few more things...
  • We honor GMPP and AUL extended warranties only.  We will assist customers in starting claims to other extended warranty companies, but payment in full is required from the customer before delivery.
  • Payment in full is required upon delivery for services rendered.  We accept Master Card, Visa, and checks.  We do not accept Discover or American Express.
  • Customer pick up or shuttle service is available within 10 miles of the dealership.
